Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. We are a small company and simply can not handle the logistics that this requires.

But please contact us if you have any concerns with your order. We want you to LOVE your MZ purchase!

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you do this within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If you believe your item was damaged in transit, we ask that you photograph and retain the damaged item, as well as the original shipping container and packing materials, so that we may process a claim with the shipping service.
